These Dealer Rewards Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in Guerrilla Tactical’s Dealer Rewards Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, accessing the Dealer Rewards portal, or using a dealer referral link, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and enrollment
- Participation is limited to dealers and other business partners approved by Guerrilla Tactical.
- Enrollment is by approval only. A wholesale account, Dealer Locator listing, or prior business relationship does not automatically create Dealer Rewards eligibility.
- You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it current.
- Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or joint-venture relationship with Guerrilla Tactical.
2. Referral tracking
- Approved dealers receive a unique referral link and may also receive a QR code or other approved referral materials.
- Referral tracking lasts for 30 days after a customer uses an eligible dealer referral link.
- The Program uses last-click attribution. If a customer uses another eligible referral link before purchasing, the most recent qualifying referral receives credit.
- Tracking depends on cookies and related technology. Cleared cookies, private browsing, ad blockers, device changes, or other technical limitations may prevent a referral from being recorded.
- Guerrilla Tactical’s records control the final determination of referral eligibility. Retroactive or manually adjusted rewards are not guaranteed.
3. Rewards
- The standard reward is 5% of the eligible product subtotal actually paid after discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes.
- Rewards are issued as Guerrilla Tactical store credit, not cash.
- Rewards may remain pending while an order is validated and for at least the applicable 30-day refund review period.
- Orders that are canceled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, unpaid, duplicated, or otherwise invalid are not eligible. Partial refunds may result in a proportional reward adjustment.
- Reward rates or eligibility may be changed for specific products, promotions, or dealer arrangements when disclosed by Guerrilla Tactical.
4. Store credit
- Approved rewards become available only after Guerrilla Tactical processes the related store credit transfer.
- Store credit has no cash value and may be used only for eligible purchases from Guerrilla Tactical.
- Store credit may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash.
- You are responsible for any tax reporting or other obligations associated with your participation or rewards.
5. Prohibited activity
You may not:
- Use your referral link for your own purchases or arrange transactions primarily to generate store credit.
- Use misleading, false, unlawful, or unsubstantiated claims about Guerrilla Tactical or its products.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, engage in cookie stuffing, manipulate tracking, generate artificial traffic, or use other deceptive methods.
- Bid on Guerrilla Tactical trademarks in paid search, register confusingly similar domains or social accounts, or represent yourself as Guerrilla Tactical.
- Publish or distribute coupon codes, discounts, advertisements, or promotional materials that Guerrilla Tactical has not approved for your use.
- Place referral links on sites or in content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful to the Guerrilla Tactical brand.
6. Required disclosures
When sharing a referral link or endorsing a Guerrilla Tactical product, you must clearly disclose your relationship with Guerrilla Tactical wherever required by law or platform rules. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand and must appear with the endorsement or referral link.
An example disclosure is: “I may earn Guerrilla Tactical store credit if you purchase through this link.”
7. Account security
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and referral materials.
- Notify Guerrilla Tactical promptly if you believe your account or referral link has been misused.
- Guerrilla Tactical may correct tracking or account errors and may withhold rewards while suspected fraud, abuse, or technical issues are reviewed.
8. Suspension and termination
Guerrilla Tactical may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, inactive or inaccurate account information, damage to the Guerrilla Tactical brand, or changes to the Program. Pending rewards associated with prohibited or invalid activity may be rejected. A dealer may leave the Program by contacting Guerrilla Tactical.
9. Program changes
Guerrilla Tactical may update the Program, reward rates, tracking rules, eligible transactions, or these Terms. Material changes may be communicated through the Dealer Rewards portal, by email, or on this page. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. No guarantee of results
Participation does not guarantee referrals, sales, rewards, or any particular level of store credit. The Program is provided subject to availability and may experience interruptions or tracking limitations.
11. Privacy
Program tracking and account information are handled in accordance with the Guerrilla Tactical Privacy Policy.
