Part-Time Holster Manufacturing Team Member
Reports To: Production Lead
Location: Onsite – Stevenson, WA
Wage: $20–$25/hr (DOE)

To support the production of high-quality Kydex holsters through hands-on fabrication, finishing, and fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in precision craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a part-time position with a very real possibility of becoming full-time if desired and if performance and production needs align.
Responsibilities
- Cut, form, and fold Kydex materials to specification
- Buff, edge-finish, and refine holsters to meet quality standards
- Assist in light machine operation and production equipment use
- Assemble hardware and components with precision and consistency
- Support order fulfillment, packaging, and shipment preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow production schedules to meet daily and weekly output goals
- Conduct quality checks to ensure fit, finish, and function standards are met
- Support continuous improvement in production efficiency and workflow
Skills Required
Attention to Detail – Ability to produce consistent, clean, and high-quality finished products.
Manual Dexterity – Comfortable working with hand tools, heat-forming equipment, and light machinery.
Work Ethic – Reliable, punctual, and capable of maintaining steady productivity.

Design Engineer – Holster Development
Reports To: Head of Operations
Location: Onsite – Stevenson, WA
Wage: DOE

To design, prototype, and refine next-generation holster systems through precision engineering, rapid iteration, and problem-driven innovation. This role is responsible for bringing new holster concepts from idea to production-ready tooling while maintaining Guerrilla Tactical’s standards for durability, retention, and performance.
We are looking for a self-driven, self-motivated engineer who thinks outside the box, solves problems proactively, and thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. There is a lot of room for growth in this position as we broaden our capabilities as a manufacturing company.
Responsibilities
- Design custom holster systems using CAD (Fusion 360 required)
- Develop rapid prototype molds using 3D printing, HDPE, and aluminum
- Iterate holster geometry to optimize retention, fit, concealment, and durability
- Translate design concepts into production-ready tooling and documentation
- Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturability and efficiency
- Design and refine forming molds, jigs, fixtures, and support tooling
- Test prototypes for function, consistency, and long-term performance
- Maintain organized CAD files, version control, and revision documentation
- Support continuous improvement in product performance and production workflow
Skills Required (Must Have)
CAD Proficiency – Strong working experience in Fusion 360 (or equivalent parametric CAD software).
Problem Solving – Ability to identify design challenges and engineer practical, production-ready solutions.
Independent Drive – Self-motivated, capable of owning projects from concept to implementation.
Creative Engineering Mindset – Able to think beyond conventional approaches while maintaining manufacturability.
Mechanical Aptitude – Strong understanding of form, tolerance, and functional geometry.
Preferred Skills (Plus)
- Firearms enthusiast with a working understanding of basic holster concepts and practical concealed/open carry considerations
- Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping workflows
- Experience machining HDPE or aluminum
- Prior CNC operation and/or CNC programming experience
- Familiarity with mold design and thermoforming processes
- Background in manufacturing or tactical product development
