At Guerrilla Tactical, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made holsters and tactical gear. Below, you’ll find our policies regarding orders, returns, warranties, and other common inquiries. Order Issues & Returns
What if there is an issue with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Can I return my holster?
Due to the custom nature of each holster, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for holsters due to incorrect model selection, preference changes, or other non-defect reasons. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Can I return retail or non-custom items?
- Merchandise (e.g., apparel) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In-stock retail items must be returned in original, unopened packaging within 30 days. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty & Repairs
What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers structural defects and breakage under normal use. It does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs from daily use/training).
- Loss of screws, clips, or other attachments.
- Damage caused by negligence (e.g., exposure to extreme heat, improper modifications).
If you believe your holster qualifies for warranty service, email customerservice@guerrilla-tactical.com with details and photos/videos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a warranty/repair form. Some issues may be repairable rather than requiring a full replacement. Repairs and warranty claims typically take 7 days or less to process.
Holster Exchange Program
We understand that preferences change over time. Our Holster Exchange Program allows customers to upgrade to a new holster at a discounted rate. To participate:
- Email customerservice@guerrilla-tactical.com with your original order number.
- Complete the provided exchange form and send your old holster back to us.
- Receive a 25% off unique one-time-use code for your upgraded holster.
Order Status & Lead Times
How do I check my order status?
We operate with two order statuses:
- Processing ā Your custom order is being made.
- Completed ā Your order has shipped, and tracking information has been sent to your email.
Since every holster is handcrafted to order, please do not email for status updates if your order is still within the quoted lead time.
What is the lead time for holsters?
Our current lead time is 5-7 business days for regular custom orders and only 1-3 business days on Quick Ship options. If your order includes both a holster and retail items (e.g., medical supplies), everything will ship together. To receive retail items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Do you offer rush orders?
No, we do not. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Cancellations & Modifications
Can I cancel my order?
- Orders can be canceled within the first 12 hours after placement by emailing customerservice@guerrilla-tactical.com with your order details.
- After 12 hours, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur a 50% cancellation fee if production has already started.
- Once a holster is in production, completed, or shipped, the order cannot be canceled, even if it is within 12 hours of ordering.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
within the first 12 hrs of an order being placed, If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, modifications cannot be guaranteed once production has started. This is not applicable to Quick Ship options, since these are made at a very fast rate no changes or cancelations are available on Quick Ships once the order is submitted.
Holster Fit & Customization
Will my holster fit if I remove my weapon light?
No. If you order a holster designed for a firearm with a light attachment, the holster will only retain the weapon properly when the light is attached. Removing the light may compromise retention and safety.
Will my holster retain my firearm if it has a compensator?
Most compensators will fit as long as they do not extend beyond the slide dimensions. Our holsters are purposefully left open ended to support threaded barrels and most compensators by default.
Do your holsters accommodate suppressor-height sights?
Yes, all our holsters support suppressor-height sights up to 0.3800 inches.
Shipping & International Orders
Do you offer local pickup?
No, we do not have a storefront and do not offer local pickups.
Do you provide international shipping?
We do not ship holsters, lights, or medical products internationally due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) restrictions. For European needs reach out to Six AM Crew in Germany or for the UK please reach out to our dealer Endeavour Tactical.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you donāt see it, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out.
Additional Information
Why doesnāt my light-compatible holster have an audible āclickā when holstering?
Our light-compatible holsters use friction retention instead of a trigger guard lock, so there may not be an audible click present. Lack of an audible click on a light bearing holster IS NOT a indicator of in inadequate retention.
Why donāt you offer holsters for all firearm models?
If your firearm model is not listed on our website, we do not currently offer a holster for it. However, we frequently add new models, so feel free to email us with special requests.
Olight Series Compatibility
Olight pistol lights have an adjustable guide rail, which complicates holster molding. Our holsters are only compatible when the Olight is positioned all the way back, with the finger switches snug against the trigger guard. Any other configuration will not work.
Why donāt you offer holsters for the Olight Baldr Mini?
Due to inconsistent fitment issues, we no longer support the Baldr Mini as a holster option.
Are your Kydex color swatches accurate?
We strive to provide accurate representations, but variations may occur due to the Kydex manufacturing process. Guerrilla Tactical has no control over minor color differences. On a similar note, we do everything we can to ensure bright color Kydex stays clean along the process but know that Kydex colors like white and other bright colors may appear dirtier upon arrival just from regular handling of the product.
