Upgrades include an improved switch design and convenient front-loading rechargeable batteries. With the Streamlight SL-B9 battery, the HL-X delivers an impressive 1,500 lumens and 20,000 candela. It’s also compatible with standard CR123 batteries, though with a slight reduction in performance.
