The E.C.S. (Expedient Carry System) is purpose-built for everyday carry of essential medical gear—specifically designed around the Snakestaff Systems ETQ and ETQ Wide tourniquets. Now available in our exclusive Custom Dark Fall camouflage pattern, this edition adds a unique and aggressive edge to your EDC setup.

Much like carrying a pocket knife, the E.C.S allows you to conceal your TQ directly in your pocket, keeping it discreet, secure, and instantly accessible when seconds matter. The sleek, low-profile design ensures minimal printing while offering maximum functionality.

Built from durable .080″ CNC-cut Kydex, the E.C.S features the trusted 1.5″ APEX ARC clip for a rock-solid grip on your pocket and easy ride height adjustment. Retention is fully adjustable via a braided shock cord system—we recommend three loops for the ETQ Mini, and two loops for the ETQ Wide to ensure secure carry and lightning-fast deployment.

While optimized for medical gear, the E.C.S is versatile enough to carry other items too, like a 9mm spare mag, making it a flexible option for both range days and everyday preparedness.
